All of our desserts are prepared fresh each week according to customer orders. Please place your order by Wednesday 11 am to ensure that your package is shipping out Thursday or Friday of that week. Any orders put in past the cut off time will be forwarded to the following week's shipping day. Truffes Au Caramel
Hand-rolled, enrobed with chocolate couverture then dusted with cocoa powder. It doesn’t get more artisanal than this. M A’s Caramel Truffles are made using raw sugar, 72% chocolate, 82% butter, and 46% cream.

M A Chocolate Bon Bon’s A wonderful surprise in every box of assorted Bon Bon’s from M A Confectioner. All of our chocolates are produced in small batches to assure freshness and great flavor. The Financier is a French almond tea cake, they say it’s the nutted butter that gives the financier such great taste. And they’re right, we’ve been doing it for years. Using the finest ingredients and adding love and care, we have been known to have the best around. To top it off they’re gluten-free.

M A’s no sugar added blueberry cranberry compote has fresh fruit, and zero sugar added. M A uses Monk-fruit sugar, which is a natural sweetener. Monk-fruit sugar doesn't raise blood sugar or insulin levels, allowing this jam to be enjoyed by all.
