Shipping Terms & Conditions

Please place your order at least 2 days prior to the desired ship date. We cannot guarantee that orders placed within 2 days of the ship date will be processed in time.

We ship Monday through Thursday via USPS Priority Mail to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We do not ship Friday through Sunday or on federal holidays. Most orders arrive within 2-3 days of the ship date. If your order is needed by a specific date, we recommend considering this when requesting the desired ship date. You can also choose USPS Priority Mail Express shipping when checking out for faster delivery.

Your order will be carefully packed to help prevent damage during shipment.

We cannot guarantee that a product will not have come in contact with nuts, nut oil or another allergen. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies

Michael’s  macarons are packaged in custom-made, clamshell-like packs that stay safe & fresh for up to 2 weeks when stored in the freezer, and up to 48 hours room temp when stored in the closed pack. Everything ships fresh & sealed from our kitchen to your door, anywhere in the US.
Remove from freezer 20 - 30 minutes prior to serving for optimal deliciousness!


 

We recommend 2-3 macarons per person if our treats are the main dessert and 1-2 macarons per person if other desserts are being served.
