Made from the finest cocoa beans from many different origins available to us. We roast then conch our cocoa beans any where from 12 to 72 hours , depending on what smoothness we’re trying to achieve. From that point, we make our bars and fillings for final product. All of our confections are truly artisanal (small batches).
This assures that you are receiving fresh product and not products that have been inventoried for months in a warehouse.
